Depending on your interaction with our website, we process the following data:

• Contact details – name, e-mail address, telephone number and address details that you provide to us via the contact form or by e-mail;
• Content of your message – the information you enter yourself when requesting a quote or asking us a question;

We do not process special categories of personal data (such as health, religion, ethnicity) and our website is not directed at persons under the age of 16.

We do not sell your data to third parties. We only share data with parties that help us provide our services, on the basis of a data processing agreement:

• Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. – Meta Pixel for advertising measurement and remarketing;
• Trustindex.io – displaying Google reviews on our website;
• Accountant and tax adviser – for financial administration;
• Competent authorities – if we are legally required to do so.

Transfer outside the EEA

Google and Meta may process data on servers in the United States. This transfer takes place on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or standard contractual clauses of the European Commission.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. We distinguish between:

• Functional cookies – necessary for the operation of the website (e.g. caching). No consent is required for these;
• Analytical cookies – Google Analytics 4 via Site Kit, to measure the use of the website;
• Marketing and tracking cookies – Meta Pixel, for measuring advertising results and remarketing.

When you fill in the contact form, we use your name, e-mail address and message solely to answer your question. These data are not used for any other purposes and are not provided to third parties, unless this is necessary for the fulfilment of your request.

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. These include:

• SSL encryption (HTTPS) for all data transfers;
• limiting login attempts to prevent brute-force attacks;
• regular updates of our software and plugins;
